1 Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CXODash website at cxodash.in and the product application at app.cxodash.in (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation. References to “CXODash”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MEKONS AUTOMATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62013MR2026PTC478831) with its registered office at H. No. 8/1/A, Old Gauri Pada, Guruvandana Apartment, Anjur, Bhiwandi, Thane – 421302, Maharashtra, India, which operates the Services.

2 Definitions

  • “Customer” / “you” — the organisation or individual that registers for or uses the Services.
  • “User” — an individual authorised by the Customer to access the Services (e.g. an employee, approver or finance user).
  • “Customer Data” — all data, documents and content the Customer or its Users submit to or generate in the Services.
  • “Module” — a functional area of the platform (e.g. Reimbursements, Petty Cash, Vendor Management).

3 The Services

CXODash is a spend- and finance-operations platform. Spend is routed through your configurable approval workflows, recorded with a full audit trail, and posted into your accounting system. Modules are released over time: Reimbursements is available today; Petty Cash and Vendor Management are on the roadmap and are marked accordingly. We may add, change or discontinue features to improve the Services; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid Module during a paid term without notice.

4 Accounts & eligibility

The Services are for business use by users who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for your Users’ compliance with these Terms.

5 Your data & ownership

You own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide and support the Services. For personal data within Customer Data, you are the Data Fiduciary and we act as your Data Processor under our Privacy Policy, processing it on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that data to us and for the accuracy of what you upload. You can export and delete Customer Data through the product as described in our documentation.

6 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other tenants’ data, or our infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Services, or circumvent usage limits, security or authentication.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Services to send spam or to violate the rights or privacy of others.

7 Free trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Trials are provided “as is” for evaluation. At the end of the trial, access to paid functionality continues only once you have subscribed and your payment is verified; otherwise access may be limited or paused. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.

8 Fees, billing & payment

Fees are charged per Module on the cycle (quarterly or annual) and rates shown on our Pricing page or in your order, plus pooled storage with optional add-on storage. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes are extra.

Payment is currently made manually — you submit payment via UPI or bank transfer and upload proof in the product; we verify it and then activate or renew your plan. Fees are payable in advance for the chosen term and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once the term has started. We do not auto-charge a saved payment instrument; renewal requires a fresh payment unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may revise pricing prospectively, with notice before your next renewal.

9 Third-party integrations

The Services can connect to third-party systems you choose to use, such as your accounting software (e.g. Tally) and email or payment channels. Your use of those third-party products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. For the Tally connector, a secure agent runs on your own machine and communicates with us outbound-only; you are responsible for operating and securing that environment.

10 Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics and the CXODash name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

11 Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information of the other. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law. Customer Data is treated as your confidential information.

12 Availability & support

We work to keep the Services available and to provide reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control. We will use reasonable efforts to schedule planned maintenance to minimise disruption.

13 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. CXODash is a tool to help you manage spend and post entries; it does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your records and filings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CXODash harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

15 Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms (including non-payment) or if required to protect the Services or comply with law; where practicable we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. For a reasonable period after termination you may request export of your Customer Data, after which we may delete it, subject to retention required by law.

16 Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, as the Services evolve or as the law changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17 Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

18 Grievance & contact
